3. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family to visit New Orleans, we didn't have any major issues with the hotel with the exception of the room selection, see the additional comments under choosing a good room.

4. Ever laid in bed longing for a moment of uninterrupted sleep? The torture of wanting so badly to sleep except you are in the noisiest room imaginable? Even the TV does not block out the perpetual slamming of doors.

5. this hotel is so close to walking everywhere - we never took a cab, except to and from to airport, we walked everywhere even to mardi gras museum and if you look at the map it is far away and the river is close to walk too -.

7. I was unable to do anything with the booking company except rely on Ronnell and his team, namely Rachelle and Kendrick (I called Kelvin), who were exceptional.
