1. Cons: Cleaning service is only once a week, some shady and noisy guests, water is not as hot as I would have liked, no pool, good picture but older tv, they do not offer shampoo and lotion (only bar soap), rooms need new paint, and insulation between rooms could be better.

2. If they called ahead of time like I did, they would have realized before coming that they do not serve breakfast, their office does close at 11 pm, and I have no idea what one was talking about that they were told to wash their own towels.
