1. Cons: Cleaning service is only once a week, some shady and noisy guests, water is not as hot as I would have liked, no pool, good picture but older tv, they do not offer shampoo and lotion (only bar soap), rooms need new paint, and insulation between rooms could be better.

4. The idea of the extended stay is a good one and the price is certainly cheap enough but I would rather pay $20 more for a better atmosphere and free wireless (especiallay when i'm there on business).
