1. Cons: cleaning service is only once a week, some shady and noisy guests, water is not as hot as I would have liked, no pool, good picture but older tv, they do not offer shampoo and lotion (only bar soap), rooms need new paint, and insulation between rooms could be better.

2. so what if one has an accent) and the majority are nice guests, clean grounds, adequate parking and lighting, pets are allowed, handicap rooms available (with a larger bathroom and everything is lower than usual), and laundry room on site.

3. Pros: Kitchen in each room, convenient location next to the airport, opry mills, shopping and about 15 minutes from downtown, free WiFi, clean rooms, nice front desk service personnel (all speak English.

4. Found our room and upon entry, noticed the following: dirty top blanket (which was removed), discusting chair (looked like human stains all over it, the shower curtain had not been replaced or cleaned in quite some time and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed ever.

6. After locating the lobby in the middle of the building; we parked and walked into the lobby (parking lot very clean) where there was a laddy behind the desk that just wanted us out as soon as possible.
