1. Nevertheless, the rooms were clean, the pool area was great, the bar and restaurant on site were nice, the free shuttle was very useful, and all of the staff we encountered once we were there were wonderful.

7. This hotel is a tad dated and not in a really great part of town, but the customer service in the hotel in wonderful.
