3. There was a terrible storm in Nashville over the weekend when we stayed and while watching the weather travel who had a severe thunderstorm warning flashing my sister called down to the front desk and asked the staff what county we were in and the girl told us Davidson and my sister asked if she if that was a county within the storm warning and her response was 'if it says so on the TV then I guess.

8. An apology or some kind of incentive to come back when the property has been improved would have been a better response than simply advising me that I would expect better service some undisclosed moment in the future.
