1. A great receptionist ' Heather ' took care ' of us, when I suggested I would be reporting in as an advisor ,with TripAdvisor.

7. Front desk didn't bother to ask us how our stay was on check-out, I'm sure they know and don't care, they have their well-fueled conspiracy with Priceline to gobble up all the low 'downtown' bids even though they are so far from downtown that you need to drive on the HIGHWAY to get there.

9. The rooms had potential, but they were not properly care for (stains on carpets and wall, old linens, dirty carpet around furniture, wrong-sized fitted sheet that would not stay on the mattress).
