1. My room was spacious, sunny, and comfortably appointed, the bath products were Crabtree and Evelyn, and the front desk and concierge staff were wonderful and warm.

10. What a wonderful service to have and although we walked a great deal to the sights, it was particularly nice getting back and forth to some of the more out of the way attractions like the Frist Center, or for a ride after a long night out down in the entertainment district.
