1. It is not a five star hotel, but the rooms are clean and good-sized, the beds are comfortable and the location is great - within walking distance of downtown attractions and lots of restaurants, and I believe the Opryland Shuttle stops at or near the hotel.

2. My room was spacious, sunny, and comfortably appointed, the bath products were Crabtree and Evelyn, and the front desk and concierge staff were wonderful and warm.

9. We had a corner executive king, and it was comfortable enough (and BIG), but the doorknobs were rusty, the bathroom was falling apart, and it seemed the hotel hadn't had any updates since the 1980s.
