1. Then as I was going into my room, the room service ladies seen that I had my kids with me, and knew there were not enough towels, with in 5 minutes, they knocked on my door and gave us a stack of fresh clean towels.

5. There obviously was no communication between the maintenance staff and the front desk because they were assigning rooms to people checking in that were freshly painted.

Following a couple of telephone calls from the uncleaned room to reception (couldn`t face the walk again) to explain our urgency to be fresh, we were handed the keys (swipe cards) to a suite with an adjoining double room for the kids AND breakfast for four in the hotel restaurant for the entire stay - 5 nights, AND a welcome bottle of wine and treats.

8. The Club Room was closed on both our stays due to a holiday and a weekend, but we got free breakfast in the restaurant, which was quite good (made to order waffles and omelettes on the holiday and all days plenty of fresh fruit and other things).
