2. I guess we were so disappointed because we have stayed at nicer hotels that were cheaper and had all the amenities to include: refrigerator, microwave and free Wi-Fi.

4. I have stayed at many Quality Inns and Comfort Inns and to be all honest, those hotels are much better and offer more and are cheaper.

6. I have been a guest at Opryland Hotel and this hotel is right on the same scale but WAY CHEAPER.

I found the service to be lacking, specifically at the front desk--where the attendant mistakenly gave us the wrong keys for our room (even after the bellman asked her to check--because we had reserved 2 rooms), then hand wrote a room rate on the key packet that was $15 cheaper than what I`d actually paid.
