1. Here is my observation: front desk was ok, sometimes they acted like it was their first day there and did not know how to work anything.

6. the doors(entry door and bathroom door) in our room would not even close properly, they stuck, felt like a cheap motel, not a marriott.

7. My husband & I came to Nashville for a 3 day business trip, company put us up here, the complex is laid out more like apartments, not just rooms stacked on top of each other.

9. The cleaning staff was very kind, and we liked that you could opt for services later in the day (after 12), or none at all, if it suited you.

10. We also like how the shower and toilet were separate from the vanity/sink area - makes getting ready easier when the other is showering.
