3. The only negative was that sofa was worn (somewhat saggy) and could stand to be replaced but everything else was clean and neat and comfortable.

10. I thought it was very nice that the staff would also do your grocery shopping for you at no extra cost, however we did not use this service as we felt more comfortable doing our own shopping.
