1. The rooms are big but old furnishings, sometimes the cleaning ladies are lazy had my room missed a couple of times and I have also been present during cleaning some clean better then others.

5. I am a hotel snob and always prefer high-rise, big hotels with inside entries and restaurants on the premises, but the truth is you simply can't beat Residence Inn for practicality, cost and attention to detail.
