8. One exception is the fitness facility which is definitely above-average -- it's large, clean and has adequate equipment, including free weights, ellipticals and treadmills.

9. Asked for 2 double beds and was given 1 king and the attitude was Oh well It wouldn't have been so bad except that when it was booked the 2 doubles were available and that was the one thing that was most important to us.

10. Also, where are the garbage bags???? I realize this hotel accomodates mainly business people, but with the exception, there are a few people who travel with their families abroad.
