1. Originally, we worried about not being in downtown Nashville, but the shuttle service and the gentlemen who take care of transportation were so very accomodating and helpful.

2. Shout-outs go to Igori for his awesome omelets and waffles and service in Latitudes, Jessica for taking such fantastic care of us in Longitudes on several occasions (and Rodney who found us snacks in the wee early hours), and Hany who served us breakfast two mornings.

3. They took care of our car, provided directions to local hot spots, called cabs when needed, and were just overall a plesure to talk with.

4. When we arrived, there were no more King beds so the person at the front said that he would take care of the internet charge ($10 per day) but didn't elaborate.

5. Upon arriving at the hotel, a person on the hotel staff had a heart attack and they, understandably, had to take care of that situation.
