1. By exterior hotel looks in good condition, but needs major renovation from inside, Staff needs more training as during check-in FD Clark didn't provided any information like breakfast timing, pool and bar hours, she handed me the key and told me which way I need to go.

7. Heating/cooling unit was extremely loud - sounded like and airplane engine running makit it difficult to sleep.

It's possible that there are un-renovated rooms, and it's possible that they still put people in the rooms that directly face the conference area (like, eye to eye with people out there at the tables), but it's possible they are dedicated to raising standards (signs at check-in stressed that this is the 'New' Ramada Plaza hotel).

10. If, in fact, this IS the employee lounge, then the Ramada corporation ought to be ashamed of the way it treats its employees -- it looked more like a detention cell than a 'lounge'.
