1. We thought there would be at least a buffet like you find in a lot of chains that would consist of cereal, an offering of breads, juices, milk and fresh fruit or yogurt options but there was not.

2. As it turned out, the lobby looks great, the desk staff was caring, the room was not only fresh but also pleasant, the bath was spic'n'span and the TV was adequate if old-style.
