I was most impressed with the friendly responsive service -- at the reception desk, in the restaurant at breakfast -- and afterwards when I asked the man at the lobby coffee bar if there was a supermarket nearby -- I wanted to buy some low-carb food to take to the airport for what promised to be a long day of traveling.
