6. Of the rooms we used we had plumbing problems with 2 rooms, but the management promptly rectified the problems.

7. We were notified by managed promptly however that the emergency was a power surge and to resume normal activity, which of course at 3 am for most was trying to get back to sleep.

8. -Gym area had mostly modern equipment and a sauna -Downstairs bar/lounge was pleasantly open and inviting -Hotel employees were helpful and prompt Things that could use improvement: -The bed was obviously past its prime, and you could feel the coils of the mattress in some areas of the bed -The TVs had trouble displaying certain channels on their closed hotel cable TV -The linens were of poor quality.
