Also we had hotel catered meals for breakfast and lunch, and the catering/wait staff were extremely courteous and efficient and got whatever we needed to the best of their abilities - we had about 60 people from my company there for 12 days, so it was a big group to keep happy for such a long trip away from our homes.

4. Check-in was quick and efficient, the bellman was courteous when he offered to take my bags up to my room, but the maintenance of the room is subpar of even 2-3 star hotels.

5. It's not a new hotel, and the bathrooms show that the most, but they've done the best they can in the upgrades; I suggest replacing the children's size compact toilets with new (and water efficient) units that can acomodate adult sizes in the same footprint.
