2. i witnessed the 'cleaner' doing one of the rooms, horrible hard carpet was bein swept rather than hoovered or disinfected like it needed.

3. sexual acts in the pool and lift area at night, the rooms didnt feel safe in the slightest, could hear everthing and it sounded like u were sleping with the door wide open.

4. Had to be very near hospital for 2 days, asked for a handicap room to no avail, said had elevators, which only the furthest was in use and it sounded like it was never checked and about to fall.

8. Once we left the room and tried to go back in, we needed to bring the keys back to the front desk to be reset or reprogrammed, the woman in the room next to us had the same issue, yet they treated my husband like he was bothering them each time he had to bring the key back.

9. Apart from a very putrid smell that lingered outside the lobby, check-in was uneventful and the lady who dealt with us did not sound like the one we spoke to on the phone.
