1. The 'free movies' are controlled at the front desk and you can only see it if the dvd is working and the front desk staff remembers to hit play on the dvd menu (as you can't control it from your remote.

5. The front desk staff was very helpful and the young guy Russ helped me and my cuz get directions to some restaurants nearby, Which they also offered a FREE SHUTTLE.
