1. She seemed friendly and helpful unlike the other lady who kept throwing nasty looks at us, which lead me to believe that she was the person on the phone.

3. The front desk staff was very helpful and the young guy Russ helped me and my cuz get directions to some restaurants nearby, Which they also offered a FREE SHUTTLE.
