3. The second suite did not have a washing machine, i was told that I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER VACANT SUITE when i needed to to do my laundry (as if that's a favor), that 'privilege' has since been revoked due to 'security reasons' and i'm being forced to PAY FOR LAUNDRY SERVICE.

4. We enjoyed the modern facilities and reasonable cost, and the fact that we could walk to Biscayne Bay yet still be on Miami Beach within minutes.

5. 00 for a nother night and I was 200 miles away When I called them they had no reason for the billing and said they will take the charge off so after i checked out 3 days later they pulled up my Visa number and hit it really????? whats up with this picture? My credit card co.

6. This is a good place to stay as it is half way between downtown and the beach so everything is within reasonable reach.
