1. The only thing I did not like was the carpet - it 'felt' dirty, it may not have been, but I just was not comfortable walking on it.

4. like the previous reviewer mentioned, it had stained, unstretched carpet, no handle on the master shower, very outdated furniture, no alarm clocks, etc.

5. I will never stay at this hotel again and advise travelers to know that not all suites look like the ones in the pic.

6. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are operated like a hotel room - it was cleaned each day (later in the afternoon - our preference), and they offered room service and the front desk and doorman was always available.

7. There was a cinema and restaurant complex about a 5 minute walk this included some chain restaurants like Chilli's, The Cheesecake Factory and Johnny Rockets.

9. I would stay here again when visiting Miami, as everything seemed close, especially good restaurants, amazing sites like the Biltmore and Venetian Pool, and both Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.

10. One thing I would say is that the bathroom didn't look like it had been swept very well, but other than that one tiny thing, everything was very clean and well managed.
