1. The hotel's location was perfect - we could walk to cafes, Starbucks, shopping in Coconut Grove, Biscayne Bay was visible just across the street and we were only a 10 minute drive from the university.

4. It's perfectly located if you want to stay in the grove - in Miami you need a car, but here is a great hotel where you can easily walk to several good restaurants, not-so-bad shopping, theatre, comedy club.

6. The balcony was just perfect it reached the full width of the suite which meant that you could sit out and watch the sunset and sunrise and it was overlooking the Marina.
