The best part was the service, I felt I was in a Marriott JW, they all were so genuine, helpful, nice, Danny and Erika at the front desk were great, the super nice housekeeper (I don't remember her name) taht kept our room fantastic and found all the extra amenities that we asked her for, Sergio form Loss prevention, etc, etc and the entire complex was full of pleasant staff ( the Marriott too) always smiling, caring, I think I have not enough words to describe my experience at that place.
