When I placed an order at the Roadhouse Grill (one of the published restaurants serviced by the courtesy bus) and asked to be taken to pick it up (with plenty of notice and not in any rush) I was given a very rude look by the driver of the courtesy van and he did not want to take me but with some explaining and saying please in Spanish, he obliged.
