1. I do have to say though that breakfast issues are not always entirely to blame on the hotel, as some guests are stacking up huge amounts of food and either don't eat all of it or take it to their rooms.

4. we have stayed at the Mariott Hotel & Mariott Courtyard hotels near Miami airport before; the SpringHill Suites are part of the Mariott chain - with HUGE rooms & kitchenette, a view over a calm lagoon and you don't hear any airplanes.
