1. We are happy with our choice to stay in a hotel near the airport as apposed to one in Miami Beach South, as the price was way cheaper and, on our visits to Miami beach, we noticed how crowded and 'busy' the beach hotels were and I am sure very noisy all the time.

4. We wanted to go for a Marriott hotel (which SpringHills is) since we have always been happy with their quality.
