6. When I made the reservations I specifically asked that and was transferred to speak to someone directly who informed me there was a shuttle to the pier for $1 per person which is the main reason I booked this.

10. The reason that they had not done so was that the personnle at the desk were busy dealing with quite a few other late arrivals, all of whom were irate at having been informed that their rooms were not ready either.
