1. Like others have said, this hotel is acceptable; however, it is below standard as far as the Crowne brand is concerned.

2. I was booked here by AA when my connection was missed, so I was pleased that the front desk was able to offer a choice of rooms, and also that the bar was open late and accepted the food vouchers from the airline.
