2. He was less responsive than the front the desk lady about the incident, and seemed to care little that I had been trying to get to my room for more than 20 min and that I walked back and forth, up and down and up gain with a bad back and pulling my luggage in carpet.

This hotel is like a fast food chain on the freeway- fine if you are passing through, and you prob wont be back so who cares if your order is correct- Many of my collegues have similar stories to mine about the rudeness and arrogance and just plain disregard for anyone who has any needs outside of the canned here is your room style.
