3. There was a bit of confusion on my bill and one day staff forgot to clean the room, they fixed all problems quickly and with a smile.

8. great view of cruise ships and intercostal waterway constantly changing all the time,room nice and spacious and clean ,ate in the restaurant food was good near bayside marketplace also deli and few little shops and restaurants attached to hotel ,small outdoor pool for size of hotel with nice little cocktail bar, would recomend this hotel.

9. You can walk to the nearby downtown free rapid transit train and get anywhere in downtown you wish quickly and efficiently- very clean also.
