1. I am not going to restate what everyone else has stated, except to strongly repeat how incredible their customer service was for my husband and me.

Pros:exceptionally friendly and helpful staff- seemed to trip over themselves to valet the car and get ice for the roomvery clean lobby and hallwayscomfortable bedding and quiet roomvery nice bath with walk in shower and great water pressurelocation-walking distance to Beale Street nightlife and many good downtown restaurantsattached eighty3 restaurant with comfortable, small bar and very good but not exceptional food.

10. The rooms are up to date with the exception of the television, it's the old tube model, I felt that a flat screen would've been better especially given the room rates.
