6. Cynthia from the front desk made a special request for me to have the crispy creme brulee delivered to our room even though it was not 'in room dining' but restaurant only and it was the best ever.

7. I stayed at the Madison Hotel over New Years Eve - The staff did their best but there were some problems - we moved to another room after we arrived so that we were not looking at the air conditioning units on top of the bulding next door.
