4. like another review, I did think the buffet was a bit overpriced, but then again, it is 'all you can eat' and can stay as long as they are bringing it out.

10. I don't expect white-glove service, but it's business travelers like their diamond members who keep Hilton afloat, so I do expect some level of decent service from them.
