1. In the bathroom, whenever you flushed the toilet, old toilet paper came up and another flush was required- so much for water conservation and as far as cleanliness, it made you cringe.

5. Room cleanliness was marginal, and I found that housekeeping had taken several shortcuts, forgotten or overlooked things, and had done things that I found disgusting:- Ony one of the beds had been recently serviced - the other had dust and crumbs on it.
