1. They initially had a fellow from new York who was very attentive at check-in, but once he was gone the staff was slow, rude, and sometimes absent from locations one would expect staff to always be present (for help and security).

3. This looks like a pretty new Westin and in my opinion looks like the nicest hotel in downtown Memphis - not counting the historic Peabody of course.
