1. For a mid class hotel I was a little disappointed with the breakfast buffet but overall the hotel was well positioned and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Used points so the price was not an object (although I would say it is overpriced by what our friends paid) Great front desk staff on arival they up graded us to a suite on the back(quiet side)positives:Great and clean bedroom, living area, and bathroom, Great staff, fast internet, super location to explore downtown Memphis and Beal St.

7. Friendly reception staff, nice size spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms, along with good breakfast and excellent position on Beale street make this one of the best hotels in Memphis.
