4. We were not very impressed with the service we received when checking in (that was after we called to get parking directions as there was a parade going on with streets blocked and the lady was very rude).

6. I wasnt very impressed with the hotels $20 a day parking fee when the parking lot itself only charges $17 a day for parking.
