1. I booked this location because of the great reviews I saw on Trip Advisor, I'd always wanted to stay at the Peabody but this was cheaper and better rated.

3. Our only complaint would be the price of parking- while we understand that this is a city hotel and parking can be expensive, many of the surrounding lots were cheaper and if you parked in the hotel lot as a non-guest you were given a cheaper rate than the guest rate.
