1. Somewhat unique for LA, there were plenty of places within walking distance of the hotel that didn't require the hassle of getting and parking your car (Beverly Center, W 3rd street, restaurants).

3. The location isn't the perfect Beverly Hills location, but their are plenty of restaurants near by and you are within a short drive to many things ( Hollywood, Sunset, Rodeo etc).
