6. While i was using the internet this lady was yelling at the desk clerk outside about finding a cockroach in her bathroom, she was of course not happy and he said he wouldnt charge her for the room that night but i didnt see any bugs at all in our hotel room.

7. The room was cleaned throughly every day and we had new toiletries and towels everyday, when we asked for extra pillows they were more than happy to give us some.
