4. The place is very well located, the room was a good size and the bathroom was excellent as well, not to metion the shower, that was the best part.

5. We got the bus to Santa Monica Beach (excellent breakfast at Jinky's cafe), hired bikes and rode from Santa Monica to Venice Beach, which was great fun.

6. All the trip advisor reports on LA say you need a car to get about, but we opted to make use of public transport (the underground system and buses) which we found excellent value and operated a frequent service.
