1. Plus if you are staying at the hotel, you can get a guest pass and enter and exit as many times as you like for the 24 hour rate.

5. likes: Staff, location to LAX, good food, very secure, great shower, nice beddingDislikes: Not a nice area, pop machine is not loaded properly so you don't get what you ask for (I'm out $6 on some really crappy liquid I didn't want), STEEP surcharges for everything from parking to internet access, building is aging, pillows suck.

Wonder why in this hotel, left behind things somehow seem to never be found?My advice, unless you like cold rooms, not getting lost items returned to you, dealing with rude front desk employees who take out their frustrations with their company's maintenence problems on you; until they fix their 'issues' I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.
