1. I've been there in november 2011, the hotel is little but pretty, it's in a really good position cause is five minutes walk from hollywood blv.

2. It's quite a basic hotel and doesn't pretend to be anything else, but it works well and the hotel offers a difficult-to-beat value: the room was very spacious, well appointed and done up even if it seemed a little dated, but in a positive way - it was all very well kept and clean.
