Although I don't want to say anything against this hotel (as it is just so great) I have to agree that there is a problem with the freezer (room 106) - the fridge bit seemed to work well but our icecream melted and the frozen veges defrosted - however, the front office staff put the icecream and any meat in the office fridge/freezer and were happy to get it for us when we needed it - so it all ended up okay.
