The non-suite rooms are tiny and awkward, not even a rack to hang your towels on, the faucets are facing the wrong way, no drawers anywhere, tiny closet, a sink in the room for no apparent reason, the coffee maker doesn't come with coffee, no hot tub, the pool is tiny for no good reason, some rude employees, no valet when we arrived, tiny parking spots when you are left to park yourself at $12 per day, limited in room dining menu with about 5 dinner items after 5, small beach, tiny tv, lots of extra costs.
